A graduate of Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Kilpatrick completed her Small Animal Rotating Internship at Angell Animal Medical Center and an Emergency & Critical Care residency at the University of Wisconsin. Her clinical interests include transfusion medicine, coagulopathies, septic shock, and feline urethral obstructions. Dr. Kilpatrick is deeply committed to the human-animal bond and providing compassionate, high-quality care to both patients and their families. She is also passionate about mentoring new veterinarians and fostering confidence in clinical practice and communication. Originally from Massachusetts, Dr. Kilpatrick shares her home with three pets: Foo, Chili, and Cranberry, all named after 90s rock bands. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, puzzles, and cheering on the Red Sox.
