Meet Your Referral Relationship Manager (RRM): Jill Graff
Jill is available to discuss our service offerings and also introduce our doctor to your team. She is a direct contact for you to our hospital. While you may always call the hospital, we want you to feel the additional layer of support in expediting answers to questions, connecting to one of our team members and/or addressing concerns. Here’s how she can help:
Act as a point of contact for VRC resources available to you & and your hospital including our quarterly CE events and Lunch & Learns
Assist with patient referrals
Provide you with educational and resource materials for your clinic and your clients including brochures, rack cards, business cards, and more
Assist you with technical issues that may impede communications between our teams (website/phone/rVetLink referral app)
Schedule a tour of VRC
Answer general questions about VRC services, policies, and communication
