Katlyn holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Wilmington University, where she was inducted into Sigma Beta Delta and recognized internationally as part of the top 20% of business and management students. Having spent equal time living in New York and South Jersey, she brings a balanced perspective and a deep connection to the communities she serves.

With over a decade of management experience, Katlyn has a strong background in operations, procurement, people leadership, and financial management. She has eight years of end-to-end supply chain experience working with organizations such as Amazon, Walmart, and Target, and is Lean Six Sigma certified with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency. Outside of work, she enjoys being a cat mom, traveling, and spending time with her family.
