Dr. Nolan earned his DVM degree at Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine, and his PhD in Radiation and Cancer Biology from Colorado State University. He completed an internship at NYC Veterinary Specialists and a residency in radiation oncology at Colorado State University. He is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Radiology (sub-specialty of Radiation Oncology). He is actively engaged in research that benefits both pets and people with cancer, and has particular clinical expertise in stereotactic radiation therapy (also sometimes called radiosurgery, or SRS).
