Dr. Meroni hails from northern New Jersey, where she grew up on an equestrian farm. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology and Chemistry at Montclair State University. She then pursued her degree in veterinary medicine at the University of Tennessee. After a rotating internship at Blue Pearl Veterinary Partners in New York City, she completed the Emergency & Critical Care Residency Training Program at Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston, MA.
Board certified, Dr. Meroni is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care and her interests include respiratory medicine, infectious disease, coagulation and trauma. Outside of work, Dr. Meroni spends her time traveling, hiking, and enjoying classical music. She lives in downtown Philadelphia with her fiancé and their two pugs, Bibi and Bowie.
